How do I return something to Sweet Tooth Bath & Body?
We are sorry, but due to sanitary reasons as well as the customized nature of our products, we do not accept any returns unless there was an error made on our part or damage to the products in shipping. We understand that it is difficult to choose scents online which is why we offer fragrance test vials. We highly recommend that if you are unsure of a scent, that you take advantage of the samples as they are a wonderful representation of our quality and fragrance selection.
When returning items:
1. All returned items must be in the original packaging.
2. If you have received an item in error, return the item and a copy of your invoice. Please inform us which you prefer: a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.
For orders that are damaged in shipping:
Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.
